    The comfort level is extremely high - you don’t get that typical pressure on the temples that often comes with helmets that need to fit tight enough to support my night vision.

    I’ve used everything from PVS-14s to panos, and I’ve never had issues with discomfort at contact points, even during extended use without taking it off.

    The materials and overall quality are incredibly good - which you wouldn’t expect when comparing it to the price of, for example, the Ops-Core FAST SF, which I also own. Comfort and fit are on par, and the weight is nothing to complain about either. I’ve already recommended this helmet to many people, and the general reaction is that it’s one of the most comfortable helmets they’ve ever worn.

    Most are quick to assume it’ll cost a fortune and are pleasantly surprised when they find out it’s nearly half the price of other helmets in the same quality range.

    I received this helmet in 2023 and it was a great kit update. Probably the most valuable one. I was using an old school ARCH before, some guy was invading Iraq with it back in the days.

    This new ARCH is so much more lightweight, adaptable and padding system is a masterpiece. I did spend a lot of time in this helmet with dual tube NVG and some extra equipment as well.

    And I would highly recommend this helmet for long term missions, night time missions and simply as a comfortable and lightweight helmet.

    The PGD ARCH helmet is one of the most comfortable helmets I have ever put on.

    It is very light, even though it is a ballistic rated helmet.

    The pads feel like memory foam and do not cause any hot spots for me.

    The adjustment of the strap and BOA system makes adjusting a breeze.

    Highly recommended this helmet!

    I’m using the PGD ARCH helmet for a while with real pleasure.

    A ballistic helmet must be for me easily accessorized and simple to tighten.

    It is especially light and it is a real point, especially when it comes to wearing a helmet a few hours in one day! Comfort is added thanks to the pads that will also adapt to the shape of the skull.

    After testing other brands, it remains for me one of the best on the market!

    What I really like about this helmet is how light it is - you barely feel it on your head, even after hours.

    The padding inside is easy to adjust however you like, and the suspension system is super straightforward to tweak.

    The low weight really helps take the pressure off your neck, especially when using night vision and a counterweight.
