Returns policy

Thank you for placing an order with us. We hope that you have been satisfied with the purchase, however if you are not completly satisfied with the purchase for any reason it is possible to refund the item and get your money back or for an exchange. Please follow the instructions below.


  • All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Ensure that returned items are in brand-new and unused condition, complete with all original tags and labels attached.
  • We do NOT take used products back!

Return process

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service via email at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, attach your proof of purchase, and send the return to the provided address.


Please be aware that you are responsible for covering all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method for your return. If an error is made by Supplies and Purchasing, a credit for shipping charges will be issued.


Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will proceed with processing your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days from the date of receiving your item for the processing of returns or exchanges. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
